So what's your guy's thoughts on Oricon? I wasn't a big fan, kind of disappointed in the look and feel. It's very dark and moody, unlike the nice Makeb which I did like. Ton's of trash mobs around as well, and I find it a bit hard to navigate the planet. I'm on a PVP server, so trying to do daily's here is a pain, lot's of ganking. I got to the first boss (in the cave) on the 3rd quest you get and am having trouble killing him, so I gave up for a bit. How did you guys like it?

Oh wow, sorry to hear that. Wow, that would suck, not being able to play. Now might be a good time to try out crafting lol. You can do that with one arm lol! Hope your healing well.

Yeah I've been working my arcfice up and my armstech. I kept forgetting to send comps out for crafting and gathering missions for about the first year of the game so almost all my skills on my toons were woefully underdeveloped so since the break that's about all I have been doing and man it is a credit sink sending comps out in gathering missions. And man undercuttin has gotten bad in my server people won't even list at the game set minimum they undercut that as well. Have anyone else seen it that bad on your server?

When you list something you try to list it lower then the lowest price to make yours sell faster which if done right is an excepted move. But people tend to list 10 items at a price that is half of the current minimum listed price which in turn causes more people to list for a lot less and for an item like armorings or mods it can cause a really bad cycle which hurts the game economy cuz then crafters aren't making back what they spent gathering the materials and then sone extra for their time crafting. Hope that explains my predicament as well as answers your question.

O.....guess im in that category then. Cause I get frustrated when I see someone selling a mount or what ever for like 5 million credits. I think thats ridiculous. I dont get to play for very long at a time and takes me a while to level up my guys. I've been playing since day 1, and haven't finished one toon yet. So to be able to save 5 mill for something is just impossible. So I list my items as if there are a bunch of people like me with my wallet to spend on items. I have plenty of money to spend on the cartel market, to sell those items and make sum money back. Cause some of those guys need to get off their high horse and shave their prices. I do understand where you are coming from on the mods, and armoring, as those should be somewhat pricy. But some things are just insanely high. And to me, it takes away from the game when your saving millions for a single item, and loosing focus of the overall gaming experience.

Keep In mind azazil, just because it's listed for 5 mill, doesn't mean they will sell it. In fact, I'm betting if you check the name of the seller and keep a eye on it, it won't sell and he will relist for cheaper. Some guys just throw out a crazy number and hope someone will bite on it. However, their are a few exceptions, such as the hovercraft mounts and barron mounts. Those are always way up in price. Hang onto your credits and don't worry about what those high price mounts are. IMO, nobody cares what mount you have anyway.
Think how many credits we ALL would have if we had just rode around on that STAP mount we got lol. I used to have a bit of a mount fetish myself, then realized once I got it, it really wasn't a big deal. The huge ones really don't work well in-game either, hard to see what's going on. My last mount I got from running the daily's in Czerka, and earning legand rep. Now that mount looks really sweet, but honestly I never use it cause it's just to big. And I'm not one to just sit around on the fleet and watch people go by lol.

Undercuttin? What do u mean by that? Undercutting is just part of any MMO..it's accepted. Find a price that works for you and stick with it. Sure, those cheaper will sell first, but then all that's left is the one at your price, so no worries. Also, you may be priced to high on a item. If it doesn't sell within 2 days, chances are you are to high in price, but be patient on the GTN. Don't go crazy and price everything under just to sell it fast. And please, please, please, don't price it 1 credit under someone, that is just lame lol. I never buy from someone that does that, I will pay the extra credit.

Not a huge fan of it either. I actually like the look and feel of the place as it REALLY reflects well on the whole corrupted Sith Lord motif (Or Corrupted Washington DC Politician look, but I digress) that drives home the insanity of their current condition. What makes me not a fan of the place is one of the things you mentioned earlier, too many flippin mobs. I do not want to fight my way through the damn place time after time to get dailies done. Dailies, minor challenges that kill time and provide a nice little storyline that makes them kind of fun and good money to be made as well. Oricon Dailies, teeth gnashing, stomach churning, anger inspiring affairs that I typically avoid. I'll do them once a week for the weekly comms but that is it.
